By placing an order on this website, buyer agrees that the condition of equipment is acceptable to buyer. Buyer is responsible for checking description on items they are purchasing.
Order processing generally takes one to five business days but may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances. We intend to communicate with you every 72 hours after your order has been placed with updates.
Any warranty offerings are limited by geographical location. Warranty coverage is exclusively limited to the greater Chicago land and Northwest Indiana areas.
All equipment is subject to prior sale. You may confirm availability at any time by calling us directly or sending us an email. Please include the item number you are interested in. It is our goal to answer all emails within two business days and we are available for your phone calls Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM CST.
Confirmation of final sale will be made after completion of online transaction, via email. To ensure that these emails reach your inbox, please add our domain (ultused.com) to your safe sender’s list. Please contact your system administrator, or email provider, for instructions. After the completion of your secure online transaction, you will be contacted for shipping arrangements. You have the option to arrange your own freight, if you would like; however, we recommend that you take advantage of the relationships we have built with our vendors. Delivery estimates on both price and lead time, will also be determined after the sale.
Equipment will not be released until payment clears our financial institution. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted. All deficiencies must be submitted within 48 hours.
